SpyList is not a directory, ranking website, award contest, voting platform, advertisement marketplace, or guaranteed lead-generation service.

The City Standard is a curated recognition and presentation format created by SpyList.

A recognised professional or business may be presented with a title, written story, public profile, profile video, category placement, and related publication features depending on the selected edition, confirmation status, content readiness, and SpyList approval.

Recognition does not mean that SpyList guarantees superiority, market leadership, business results, public response, revenue, leads, or customer outcomes.

SpyList may review publicly available information, submitted material, digital presence, reputation indicators, professional consistency, category fit, story relevance, city connection, and other signals.

SpyList may shortlist, contact, verify, decline, pause, or remove any name at its sole discretion.

Shortlisting does not guarantee final recognition, publication, permanent placement, or category confirmation.

A position inside The City Standard cannot be purchased without SpyList review, approval, and confirmation.

Payment, interest, communication, or submission of information does not automatically guarantee recognition.

Final confirmation is subject to SpyList acceptance, required payment where applicable, payment verification, content readiness, and official confirmation through verified SpyList communication.

A shortlisted professional or business may be contacted privately by SpyList.

A shortlisted name may be given a limited confirmation window. If required action is not completed within the given time, SpyList may move the category forward with another name.

SpyList may close, reopen, pause, or revise any category process at its discretion.

Any information submitted to SpyList must be accurate, lawful, and authorised for submission.

By submitting information, images, video, written material, business details, contact details, profile details, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and allow SpyList to review, edit, prepare, publish, or use it for profile, presentation, communication, and publication purposes.

SpyList may edit submitted information for clarity, grammar, formatting, presentation, SEO, public readability, and brand consistency.

SpyList may create, prepare, edit, publish, update, or remove public profiles, category pages, written stories, profile videos, thumbnails, images, recognition assets, and related content.

Publication order, timing, format, visibility, category placement, title usage, profile depth, and platform distribution are determined by SpyList.

SpyList may publish content on the SpyList website, social media, YouTube, search platforms, communication material, and other suitable channels.

Where video or image material is required, the professional or business may need to submit footage, images, or other assets as per SpyList guidelines.

SpyList may provide content submission guidelines after confirmation.

Final video or content preparation depends on submitted material quality, content readiness, editorial suitability, platform requirements, SpyList guidelines, and production schedule.

Payment details are shared only after interest is confirmed through verified SpyList communication.

SpyList accepts payment only through its official business account, never through any personal account.

Taxes, if applicable in the future, will be added as per law.

Final confirmation happens only after SpyList acceptance, required payment, payment verification, and official confirmation through verified SpyList communication.

Because SpyList work may include review, planning, editorial preparation, profile setup, production scheduling, category holding, publication preparation, and related services, refund eligibility may be limited once work has started.

Any refund, cancellation, hold, transfer, or revision request will be reviewed by SpyList on a case-by-case basis.

SpyList may pause or decline work if required information, media, verification, payment, or cooperation is incomplete.

SpyList does not guarantee leads, enquiries, sales, customers, rankings, search position, media coverage, public response, revenue growth, or business outcomes.

SpyList provides recognition, presentation, profile preparation, publication, and public discovery support as per its platform and editorial process.

Users must not misuse the SpyList website, attempt unauthorised access, copy platform content unlawfully, interfere with website operation, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful activity.

SpyList may restrict access, remove content, decline communication, or take action where misuse is suspected.

SpyList branding, website design, written content, profile structure, recognition format, category presentation, platform layout, visual style, and related materials belong to SpyList or its authorised creators unless otherwise stated.

No part of the SpyList website or platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

SpyList may link to third-party websites, profiles, maps, social media pages, payment platforms, YouTube, search platforms, and external tools.

SpyList is not responsible for third-party content, policies, errors, downtime, pricing, privacy practices, or platform decisions.

SpyList communicates only through verified official channels.

SpyList does not request payment through personal accounts.

Any recognition, confirmation, payment, publication, profile preparation, or edition-related communication must be verified through official SpyList communication.
